In order to provide you the service, TeamAround collects and stores some of the data you provide to us. This data will be disclosed under appropriate circumstances with team organisers and team members within TeamAround. TeamAround never shares or sells any data to third parties.
What information do we collect and why?
When you create an account on TeamAround, TeamAround stores account information such as your first name, last name, business name, mobile phone number and email address.
If you organise a job on TeamAround, your first name, last name, mobile phone number and business name are shared with your team to enable cross team communication.
When you are selected for a job on TeamAround, your first name, last name and mobile phone number are shared with the job organiser and other team members to enable cross team communication.
If you choose to sign in to TeamAround using your Google account, TeamAround collects your first name, last name and email address in order to link you with your existing TeamAround account, or create a new TeamAround account.
If you choose to connect your Google calendar with TeamAround, TeamAround will identify the default calendar associated with your Google account. To check if your TeamAround jobs conflict with any of your existing calendar events, TeamAround will access events in your default calendar. If a conflict is detected, TeamAround will store the title of the conflicting Google calendar event, its location, date and time. It will also store a link to the conflicting event. Once the conflict is resolved TeamAround immediately removes all data relating to the conflicting Google calendar event from our database.
Once your Google calendar is connected with TeamAround, TeamAround will automatically create events in your default calendar for your jobs.
